This is a Part-Time position with a compensation range that is negotiable based on experience. Position offers the opportunity to enroll, after one year of service, into the company's 401-k Retirement Plan with a 3% Employer match.

Greene Acres Nursing Home is a great place to work! The facility is located right next door to Fox Hills Country Club on 2402 Country Club Rd in Paragould, Arkansas 72450
Responsibilities:
* Makes walking rounds and communicates accordingly with LPNs and CNAs.
* Review 24 hour reports, on each unit for new admissions, re-admissions, Unusual
Occurrence reports, residents who are ill or are having acute change of condition. Do
morning start up on each hall. Assure that all shifts document and respond to the
residents' needs appropriately.
* Assess the above group of residents and document the assessment as needed.
* Round in the facility to assure that all residents are clean, well-groomed, and that needs
are met. If any problems noted, communicate with charge nurse and follow-up to assure
that problems have been addressed by the charge nurse.
* Assist and monitor for code-stat.
* Performs other duties as assigned as this is not an inclusive list of all the responsibilities.

Pay: $27.99 - $30.00 per hour
