Are you between roles or simply looking for a fun way to stay active while spending your days with furry friends? Waggy Walkys is looking for dependable, pet-loving dog walkers in your area!
We are currently seeking walkers who are available for a consistent 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday. If you’re available during these midday hours and love working with dogs, we’d love to hear from you!
We provide professional dog walking services throughout the DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland regions
Additional Services You Can Provide:
- Pet Sitting
- House Sitting (sleep-over in client's home)
- Dog boarding (in your home dog care 24 hours)
- Dog park play group (Take small groups of dogs to play at dog park)
- Pet Taxi (Transport dogs to and from appointments, or to dog boarding home)
DOG WALKER BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Reliable, responsible, and honest
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to handle various breeds and sizes of dogs
- Ability to walk dogs in all weather conditions
- Must have a passion and LOVE for working with animals!
DOG WALKER POSITION REQUIRES:
- A set, weekly availability
- A working smartphone with internet access
- Unrestricted access to your own reliable and insured vehicle.
- Background check
DOG WALKER JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Independent - you travel to client’s homes to walk their dogs
- Active job with majority of time spent outside
- Lots of doggie kisses!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,400.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 per week
