- Company-provided laptop, monitor, and headset
- Schedule: Friday through Tuesday
- Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Take incoming calls from technicians for kick-ups across multiple departments (leads)
- Dispatch and debrief the sales team
- Organize and coordinate daily schedules based on call priority and technician skill set
- Communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner
- Understand sales goals and help hold the team accountable
- Experience in the home services industry is highly preferred
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment (clock in, GO-GO-GO, clock out)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
