✨ Position Overview
As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential and/or commercial properties to a high standard. This is a hands-on, physical job that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and trustworthiness.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists for each client
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly
- Maintain a high level of quality and consistency
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Work independently or as part of a small team
Requirements
- Must be dependable, honest, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Comfortable working in homes with cats and dogs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Physically able to bend, lift, and be on your feet for several hours
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right person)
- Travel areas : Dearborn, Ann Arbor , Royal Oak and Bloomfield areas
Pay & Schedule
- Pay starting at $15/hr for training if needed then $20-30 per hour thereafter (based on experience and performance)
- Flexible scheduling available
- Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (varies by day)
