Job Overview:
The Fulfillment & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of finished goods from production to customer delivery. This role oversees outbound shipments, inventory reporting, customer order fulfillment, and logistics coordination while serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, optimize shipping processes, and support on-time, accurate deliveries in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work Location and Format:
4330 Winton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45232
Primarily work on-site required, with flexibility to work from home as projects and responsibilities permit.
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities:
- Verify all required shipping and compliance documents are complete within OpenDock prior to releasing outbound orders.
- Manage customer outbound shipment requests and ensure timely execution through OpenDock workflows.
- Provide daily finished goods inventory reports to customers.
- Prepare and distribute month-end finished goods inventory reports in accordance with customer deadlines.
- Monitor carrier performance, on-time delivery metrics, freight efficiency, and service levels.
- Maintain customer shipping addresses and distribution data within Plex ERP.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve shipment issues.
- Develop inventory and shipment reporting tools to improve operational visibility.
- Send weekly production samples and material requests as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of fulfillment, logistics, warehouse, or customer operations experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Plex or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously.
- Experience analyzing transportation and carrier performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred ERP implementation or optimization experience.
- Manufacturing or beverage industry experience.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit/stand in an office environment and work on a computer most of the day.
- Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment on occasion.
- Ability to travel occasionally for training, workshops, or seminars.
- Ability to wear appropriate PPE when working in the manufacturing facility.
