Job Summary:
The Activities Coordinator plans, organizes, and facilitates engaging individual and group activities for participants in the Adult Day Center. This position supports participants’ social, cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being through activities aligned with their interests, abilities, and plans of care. The Activities Coordinator also assists with participant care and daily activities as needed.
Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:

Previous experience coordinating activities or working with older adults or individuals with functional limitations preferred.

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Long-Term Care Aide certification preferred.

Current CPR certification required.

Strong organizational, communication, and group-facilitation skills.
