Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team and elevate the client experience. In this role, you will work directly with individuals, families and business owners to help them understand available products and services, identity their needs, and provide ongoing support. You will also assist with scheduling appointments, following up with clients and helping create a positive overall customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and looking to grow professionally. Previous experience is helpful, but not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Duties
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, and internal communication channels
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales & marketing to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Support sales initiatives by assisting with order processing tools and tracking customer engagement activities
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify client trends, opportunities for upselling or renewal, and areas for service improvement
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues resolved, and follow-up actions within the CRM system
- Help guide clients through the onboarding and service process
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent requirement
- Must be legally authorized to work in United States
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a focus on client relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Zoom for documentation and analysis purposes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments in a cross-functional environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvements
- Prior experience in client services or account management is preferred but not required

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,074.11 per month
