In-Person Customer Feedback Associate
We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented In-Person Customer Feedback Associate to collect customer feedback at First Colony Mall.
This is a paid, in-person position requiring approximately one hour of work per day. You will speak directly with mall visitors, ask prepared feedback questions, accurately record responses, and organize the collected information for review.
The ideal candidate is comfortable approaching and speaking with people, follows instructions carefully, and can handle feedback data professionally and confidentially.
Duties
- Visit First Colony Mall for approximately one hour each scheduled day
- Approach mall visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Ask customers prepared survey or feedback questions
- Accurately record verbal and written responses
- Enter collected feedback into spreadsheets, forms, or database systems
- Organize responses using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
- Maintain accurate records while protecting customer privacy
- Respond professionally to basic questions about the feedback process
- Submit completed feedback reports on time
- Communicate any issues, unusual responses, or collection challenges to the team
Requirements
- Must be able to work in person at First Colony Mall
- Must be available for approximately one hour per day
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with members of the public
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to accurately enter and manage feedback data
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous customer service, survey collection, data entry, retail, or administrative experience is preferred but not required
