Essential Job Functions:

Complete responsibility for interstate initiating caseload with specifically assigned states.
- Liaison between clients and foreign court where they are responsible to interpret court orders and solicit foreign courts to assist with the difficult task of enforcement.
- Conducts initial interviews where they determine proper venue, gather required data, and decide the appropriate course of action for each case.
- Prepares all legal documents for the case initiation process for legal complaints.
- Assist plaintiffs, defendants and other state agencies by telephone, e-mail, and other written correspondence.
- Ensures all TANF (Temporary Aid to Needy Families) recipients have filed for spousal/child support as required.
- Receives and processes mail from the postal service and electronic mail.
- Copies pertinent information and forwards it to plaintiffs.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Minimum Requirements to Perform the Work:
Education:

High school diploma required.
Work Experience:
-
2 years’ experience in human services, courts, or related field.
