· Track and follow up on leads, referrals, and pending intakes to maximize client conversion.
Case Support
· Support attorneys throughout the life of personal injury and auto accident cases.
· Request, organize, and review medical records, bills, police reports, and insurance documentation.
· Draft correspondence, demand packages, and basic legal documents under attorney supervision.
· Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and third parties to keep cases moving.

· Assist with discovery, exhibit preparation, and trial/mediation preparation as needed.
Qualifications
· Paralegal certificate, Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
· Prior experience in a personal injury or plaintiff-side law firm strongly preferred.
