Join the Peached Tortilla team as a Warehouse Equipment Packer and play an important role in making our events run smoothly. You’ll help prepare, organize, and pack everything our catering teams need—from cooking equipment such as mobile flat tops and fryers to décor, china, linens, and disposables—and then safely load everything into our box trucks and vans.
Position Details
- 20–30 hours per week
- Monday–Sunday availability required — you will not be scheduled every day
- Typical schedule: 3–4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required as part of the typical schedule
What You’ll Do
- Pack event equipment accurately using daily pull sheets and production lists
- Load equipment and supplies into box trucks and vans
- Pick up and return box trucks and vans from rental companies
- Pick up and return rental equipment
- Receive and check in daily deliveries and report missing items
- Maintain accurate inventory and keep the warehouse organized
- Drive company vehicles for warehouse errands, including alcohol and laundry pickups and returns
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be comfortable and able to drive box trucks and vans — this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Willingness to learn: We are happy to train the right candidate on driving box trucks and vans
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and staying on task
