We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic with experience working on semi trucks and diagnostic software systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using modern diagnostic tools to keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain semi trucks and diesel engines
- Use diagnostic software and electronic systems to identify issues (ECU, sensors, fault codes)
- Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
- Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
- Maintain accurate service and repair records using digital systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Minimize downtime through efficient troubleshooting and repairs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a diesel mechanic (semi trucks)
- Strong experience using diagnostic software and scan tools
- Knowledge of electronic engine systems and emissions
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools preferred
