We have an opening for an experienced Leasing Consultant at Hidden Ridge Apartments in Irving, TX. At least 1 year of experience of apartment leasing experience required. Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
Performs all aspects of Leasing Consultant , including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, shows community, and outside marketing, as needed.
- Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
- Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy.
- Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
- Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal.
- Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.
Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other duties as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
