Job Summary:
Our technicians service both residential and commercial customers. The work can be difficult but hard work is always rewarded. Our ideal candidate will have 2 years HVAC or sales experience. Technicians will be trained for up to 1 month. If applicant passes the training process they will be given a brand new, full-size truck and equipment, and will be dispatched from their home daily.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and clean residential and commercial (HVAC) air duct systems following NADCA ACR standards/guidelines
- Clean residential and commercial dryer vents
- Establish customer rapport to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Upsell products and services based on our customers needs
- Perform walk-throughs with customers upon completion of work
Applicants must:
- Be available to work Mon-Sat
- Have a Clean driving record valid driver's license
- Be willing to drive up to 2 hours to get to service calls
- Be comfortable working in confined spaces, heights of 10ft or more, and lift over 50 lbs
- Have a clean cut professional appearance
- Be able to explain and up-sell various products
- Have a strong commitment to quality work
- Be able to work with hands/tools
- Have 2 years experience in construction or sales
