Job Types: Full-time and Part-time
You may be thinking, “This sounds like every other restaurant job posting.”
That would be fair.
Many restaurants promise a fun workplace, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow. What experienced hospitality professionals really want to know is:
Will my teammates show up? Will management appreciate professionalism? Will I receive the training and support needed to succeed?
At The Latin King Restaurant, we are looking for experienced servers and bartenders who take pride in being the person their team can count on.
You are likely a strong fit if you:
- Arrive prepared and on time
- Stay professional when the restaurant gets busy
- Notice what guests and coworkers need without being constantly reminded
- Take responsibility instead of making excuses
- Enjoy learning about food, wine, cocktails, beer, and spirits
- Understand that great hospitality is more than simply taking an order
We are passionate about exceptional food, attentive service, thoughtfully prepared cocktails, and an outstanding wine experience. We provide paid food, cocktail, wine, and service training in a professional but enjoyable environment.
For the right person, this can become more than another restaurant job. There are opportunities to earn additional responsibility and move into leadership as our company continues to grow.
