Nu Home (formerly SOCO Solar & Power) is hiring Solar Sales Consultants to join our growing team. We are looking for energetic, people-oriented individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping homeowners improve their homes through solar and energy solutions.
No solar experience? No problem. We provide the training, mentorship, and leadership needed to help you succeed.

Nu Home is a locally owned Colorado company helping homeowners improve their homes through Solar, Batteries, Generators, and Roofing. Formerly known as SOCO Solar & Power, we've expanded our services while maintaining the same trusted local team and commitment to customer service.
We proudly serve homeowners throughout Colorado with growing sales teams in both the Grand Junction/Western Slope region and the Denver Metro market. As we continue to expand, we're looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through neighborhood outreach and direct homeowner engagement.
- Meet with homeowners face-to-face to discuss solar and home energy solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, battery storage, generators, and roofing services.
- Schedule appointments and conduct personalized consultations.
- Explain financing options, available incentives, and long-term savings.
- Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish.
- Build strong relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
- Represent the company professionally in the community.
This position involves door-to-door prospecting and homeowner outreach. Successful candidates enjoy being out in the community, talking with people, and creating opportunities through hard work and consistency.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Benefits
Average Earnings: $80,000 - $150,000+ Per Year
Compensation varies based on effort, consistency, and performance. Many team members earn within this range, while highly motivated and hardworking individuals can exceed these earnings through our uncapped commission structure.
