About the Opportunity
Join a local call center supporting a regional Blue Cross health insurance carrier, helping members navigate their Affordable Care Act (ACA) coverage. This is a 100% inbound role focused on retention and member service — not cold calling or heavy outbound sales. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that helps members understand their options, resolve issues, and stay covered.

What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from current and prospective ACA health plan members
- Help members understand their coverage, answer plan questions, and resolve service issues
- Support plan retention by addressing member concerns and identifying the right coverage options
- Assist with inbound sales inquiries as members call in with questions about enrolling or adjusting coverage
- Document interactions accurately and follow up as needed
- Meet quality, adherence, and attendance standards that directly translate into performance incentives
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a genuine, service-first attitude
- Comfort with inbound call center work — no outbound cold calling experience required
- Reliability: consistent attendance and schedule adherence are key to success (and to earning incentives)
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems while on a call
- Prior call center, customer service, or health insurance experience is a plus, but not required — training provided
- Must be local to the Blue Bell, PA area and able to work on-site
Compensation & Incentives
- Base pay: $23.00/hour
