Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher and become a vital part of creating memorable dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are spotless, sanitized, and ready for use. Your dedication to cleanliness and efficiency will help maintain a smooth workflow and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Whether supporting food preparation, assisting with catering events, or maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness, your contribution will be essential to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning agents
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or organizing ingredients when needed
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste appropriately
- Help with catering setups and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service
- Follow food handling safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items or bending
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Experience with food preparation or banquet service is a plus
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings
- Previous kitchen or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
