-Shifts are 4-8 hours, depending on prep that day.
-Shifts start at 5AM
Responsibilites and Duties are but not limited to:
-Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
-Follow the prep list created by the company.
-Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.
-Undertake basic baking duties.
-Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirement:
-Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment (mixers, blenders and dough sheeter, etc.)
-Understanding of food safety practices.
-Fexibility to work in early morning shifts.
-Ability to lift and carry at lease 25lbs.
-Food Handler card is required.
Additional:
-Experience as Baker, Pastry chef or similar role
-Excellent time-management skills
-Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
-Ablility to work as a team
