Our classrooms are built around play-based learning, where children are encouraged to discover, create, problem-solve, and grow through hands-on experiences. We strive to create a warm, supportive environment where both children and staff can thrive.
Whether you’re an experienced early childhood educator or just beginning your journey, we’d love to meet you. Experience is welcomed but not required. Duties
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities and hands-on experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Supervise children while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
- Assist with daily classroom routines, including meals, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions.
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Follow Tennessee licensing regulations and center policies.
- Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Dependable, caring, and professional.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow as an early childhood educator.
- Previous child care experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
