Job Responsibilities

Collaborates with sales team to support customer needs and generate accurate quotes

Learns and utilizes millwork quoting software to prepare detailed and timely estimates

Assists customers by providing product information, pricing, and creative solutions

Maintains organized and accurate documentation for quotes, orders, and customer interactions

Contributes to department efficiency by supporting workflow improvements and ensuring quoting accuracy

This is a full-time on-site position based in our Belgrade, Maine location

Requirements:
- Previous building materials, millwork, or construction industry experience is preferred, but not required.
