We are looking for a Maintenance Technician/Warehouse Cleaner to handle our HVAC filter changes and carry out cleaning/maintenance duties throughout the plant. The goal is to keep the plant air quality clean and help the site maintenance team with PM tasks.
Responsibilities
- Change air filters from an aerial lift; 22ft height
- Operate a power washer to clean the Air Washer System
- Work on ladders and aerial lifts to clean designated areas of plant
- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
- Perform and document routine filter changes and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience on a forklift and aerial lift
- Must have or be able to obtain a forklift licence.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets
- High school degree
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work in a Federal Trade Zone

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
