Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Outside Sales Representative to service our Houston territory. This role involves face-to-face sales, account management, and territory growth. While experience in tile or building materials is a plus, it is not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
This is a field-based role that includes travel within the territory, and occasional overnight stays.
What You’ll Do
- Visit and build relationships with customers including retailers, builders, contractors, and designers
- Present and promote company products
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions
- Manage accounts and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Attend trainings, trade shows, and events as needed
- Use technology (iPad, laptop, CRM software) to track leads, opportunities, and visits
- Lift and transport up to 50 lbs. of samples and materials
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions during site visits
What We’re Looking For
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Industry knowledge (tile, flooring, or building materials) is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with strong time management
- Tech-savvy and organized
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to travel (some overnights required)
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in the elements

Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,645.59 per year
