Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Support teaching strategies designed to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
- Provide direct behavioral therapy in clinical settings while adhering to professional and ethical guidelines
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
