7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Part-Time (Every Other Weekend – great for those balancing school, family, or another position)
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as desired
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Full-Time (3 positions availbale)
- Part-Time (Every Other Weekend or Set Part-Time Schedules with additional weekday hours)
- Ideal for those seeking more consistent Part-Time hours with flexibility
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full-Time (1 position available)
- Part-Time (Every Other Weekend)
Compensation & Perks
- $30–$35/hour based on experience

Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Provide direct nursing care and support
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Assist in supervising and supporting CNAs
