Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Pay Range: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. The LPN provides high-quality nursing care to residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse and attending physician while promoting resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
- Assist with assessments and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
