What This Job Is
This role is for someone learning how to run a staffing office. You’ll get hands-on experience with hiring workers, working with clients, and managing day-to-day operations so you can eventually run your own branch.
What You’ll Do
- Help with daily office tasks like hiring, onboarding, and managing employees
- Find and place workers in jobs
- Talk with clients and make sure they’re happy with our service
- Schedule workers and track attendance
- Help with payroll and make sure rules and laws are followed
- Visit job sites and check on workers and performance
- Help bring in new business and clients
- Review performance numbers and look for ways to improve
- Handle employee issues (coaching, discipline, conflicts)
- Take part in training to grow into a leadership role
What You Need
- High school diploma (college degree is a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or similar work (preferred)
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Organized and good at solving problems
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
