Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair. You will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring that they meet safety and performance standards. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostics on vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, transmissions, and automotive electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs efficiently.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately.
- Execute mechanical repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair options.
- Assist in auto estimating for repair costs based on diagnostics performed.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the service department.
Experience
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, including mechanical components, electrical systems, and vehicle maintenance protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
