In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory through accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes. Duties
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels and process orders efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels across all storage locations.
- Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and support international trade regulations when applicable.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing.
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills coupled with excellent attention to detail for order fulfillment and record keeping.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
