Looking to add an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to our Team!
Luxury Apartment Community is seeking an experienced apartment Maintenance Technician. Must have 1-3 years experience with HVAC to qualify. This individual must possess superior organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and have a strong knowledge in the areas of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc. This individual will be required to work 40 hours per week and take after hours emergency calls.
Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through your expertise in mechanical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical maintenance. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your role will involve troubleshooting and repairing equipment, as well as performing routine inspections. Your strong organizational skills and knowledge of schematics will aid in maintaining safety and efficiency. With additional skills in programmable logic controllers and welding, you will contribute to a well-functioning environment that meets the needs of our organization and its customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Utilize schematics and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols while executing maintenance tasks to promote a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
