Now Hiring: Experienced Order Picker / Cherry Picker Forklift Operator
Location: Torrance, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are looking for an experienced Order Picker/Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a Raymond Cherry Picker (Red Lift) in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Raymond Cherry Picker (Red Lift) to retrieve and store inventory.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets.
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Stock and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Load and unload products as needed.
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
- Wrap, label, and palletize completed orders.
- Inspect equipment before each shift and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including packing, sorting, and shipping, when needed.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and warehouse team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating a Raymond Cherry Picker (Red Lift).
- Valid forklift certification/license required.
- Previous warehouse and order picking experience.
- Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at elevated heights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
