- Ability to lift 100 lbs and work efficiently with strength and stamina
- Must be prepared for all weather conditions
- Must follow all safety standards at all times
- Drug-free (must pass pre-hire test)
- CDL is a plus
- Crew leader experience is a plus
- Must have Heavy Equipment Operator experience
- Must have excavator and skid steer experience
- Must have 2-3 years working on 2:1 slopes
- Oil & Gas experience preferred
In addition to operating heavy machinery, the Heavy Equipment Operator will perform groundwork including:
- Installing silt fence and super silt fence
- Installing blow filter sock
- Supporting field operations as needed
- Outdoor field conditions
- Extended hours during peak season
- Physical, hands-on work in extreme heat/cold
- Exposure to noise, dust, pollen, insects, mechanical parts, and natural environmental hazards
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed
