Quality Care Rehab & Autism Center (QCRP) is looking for a part time registered art therapist to join their interdisciplinary team. QCRP is a specialty services provider, contraced with Macomb County Community Mental Health to provide a wide variety of theraputic services to the special needs community in Macomb County. Our interdisciplinary team consists of physical, occupational, speech, aba, art, and music therapists.
This position will primarily be individual or small group work in a clinic-based setting, or individual services in-house. This position will require afternoon and evening availability.
All applicants applying for the art therapy positions are required to have the following:

Diploma of graduation from a master’s level accredited art therapy program

Experience working with the special needs community, including those with physical, cognitive, communicative, behavioral and mental health challenges

Current ATR certification

Have experience working in an outpatient setting

Have strong personal integrity, be reliable and punctual

Be a strong advocate for all creative and artbased therapies

Be flexible, creative and selfmotivated

Possess excellent oral/written communication skills

Enjoy working in a fastpaced, team environment

Possess strong time management abilities

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
All required trainings will be provided.
