Procurement & Commercial Specialist
We are seeking a Procurement & Commercial Specialist to manage supplier purchasing, customer pricing, and commercial activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will negotiate supplier pricing, develop customer pricing, analyze costs, and support profitability and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate supplier pricing to achieve cost reduction and profitability goals.
- Develop and negotiate customer sales pricing.
- Analyze material costs, supplier quotes, pricing changes, and market trends.
- Monitor supplier and customer pricing and margin performance.
- Coordinate engineering changes, material cost increases, and customer pricing updates.
- Maintain accurate pricing records within the ERP system.
- Resolve pricing discrepancies and commercial issues.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Accounting, Quality, and Logistics.
- Support new model launches and ongoing production requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of purchasing, sales, or supply chain experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement, pricing, and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and apply company purchasing and sales procedures.
- Knowledge of Toyota Problem Solving methodology or similar structured problem-solving methods preferred.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
