We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Hospitality Assistant to help manage several luxury apartments in Miami Beach. This role may also occasionally involve assisting with properties in New Orleans.
This position is ideal for someone with professional hospitality experience, especially within high-end hotels, boutique hotels, or luxury vacation rentals.
You will play a key role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional stay while helping maintain the properties to luxury hospitality standards.
This is a hands-on role that combines guest service, housekeeping oversight, and operational support.
Our properties host guests from around the world, so attention to detail, professionalism, and strong customer service are essential.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
- Communicate with guests to ensure a smooth stay
- Respond to guest needs quickly and professionally
- Ensure every guest experience meets high hospitality standards
Property Care & Housekeeping
- Clean and prepare apartments to hotel-level standards
- Manage laundry, linens, and towels
- Inspect rooms carefully before guest arrivals
- Ensure properties are spotless and fully prepared
Operations & Assistant Duties
- Help coordinate guest arrivals and property schedules
- Monitor supplies and report when items need to be restocked
- Assist with operational tasks and organization
- Support the owner with hospitality-related tasks and guest communication
Requirements
✔ Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience
✔ Experience working in hotels, boutique hotels, luxury rentals, or similar environments
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness standards
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and stay organized
✔ Experience with housekeeping and laundry management
✔ Professional appearance and attitude
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Must live near Miami Beach or within a reasonable commute
Preferred (Bonus Qualifications)
Experience working at high-end or luxury hotels
Completion of a hotel training or hospitality training program
Experience in guest relations, front desk, or boutique hotel operations
Experience maintaining luxury-level housekeeping standards
