JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a motivated Print Production Associate to help bring signs, graphics, and branding projects to life. You'll prepare and assemble products, perform quality checks, and keep work moving efficiently through production. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Material Preparation & Print Production Support
- Review work orders, proofs, and job specifications to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently
- Prepare graphics and materials through laminating, plotting, trimming, weeding, masking, bundling, and staging
- Operate plotters and related finishing equipment while monitoring quality and accuracy
- Organize and stage completed materials for installers and other team members
- Prioritize work effectively to keep projects moving and support deadlines
- Take initiative to identify the next task and contribute wherever needed to support team success
2. Sign & Product Assembly
- Cut, prepare, and assemble a variety of sign products according to customer specifications and company quality standards
- Apply graphics to sign substrates to create professional, installation-ready products.
- Package, organize, and stage completed products for installation, delivery, or shipment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with material preparation to help avoid delays
- Support teammates with assembly, finishing, and other related tasks as needed
3. Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Perform quality checks throughout the process to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify and correct errors, defects, or discrepancies before products move to installation or delivery
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in producing professional, customer-ready products that reflect our quality standards
4. Organization & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Keep tools, equipment, and materials organized and readily accessible.
- Dispose of scrap materials and waste throughout the day.
- Help maintain an efficient workspace that supports productivity and teamwork.
EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, fabrication, installation, or similarly fast-paced work environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials and substrates safely
- Experience in the sign, graphics, print, wrap, or visual communications industry preferred
- Experience with laminating, plotting/cutting equipment, material finishing, or product assembly preferred
