Responsibilities
- Managing day and night shifts
- Leading and supervising FOH and kitchen teams
- Ensuring smooth service, speed, and quality during peak hours
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Training, supporting, and motivating staff
- Handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous restaurant management or shift lead experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment under pressure
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
