Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our rental company team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and managing and leading a crew of delivery and tent workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of management
Responsibilities:
Laying out of tents including positions of poles and steaks. Coordinating with PA One Call as well as the client to meet the needs of each job site . Must have the ability and experience to drive large box trucks and large pickup trucks pulling trailers. Must have the ability to lift very heavy items up to 100 lb . Must be an excellent communicator . Must have pride in your work.
- Supervise and manage a crew of tent and delivery workers on various projects
- Coordinate daily tasks and assign responsibilities to crew members
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the job site
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Collaborate with project managers and administrators to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide training and guidance to crew members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or tent industry
- Demonstrate Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly address issues on the job site
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
