Maintenance Millwright (Welding & Fabrication)

Compensation: $51,000 - $60,000 annually + Benefits (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Millwrights to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position requires strong welding, fabrication, mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Install, dismantle, align, and relocate equipment.
- Repair and rebuild pumps, valves, cylinders, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform welding, fabrication, cutting, grinding, and metalwork.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong welding and fabrication experience.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, and cylinders.
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers, thread gauges, tape measures, and pi tapes.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills for maintenance documentation.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing and welding facility environment.
- Exposure to high temperatures throughout the shift.
- Physically demanding role requiring lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights.
- Overtime and alternating weekends required.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
