Our Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting. Engaging in candidate interaction from submittal through office interview and client placement, the Recruiter will excel at strong communication both written and verbal. Additionally, they will possess strong time management and multi-tasking skills allowing them to utilize a broad platform of recruiting tools to attract candidates.
Responsibilities include –
· High volume recruiting, hiring and placement of employees
· Conduct in-depth candidate interviews
· Coordinate and communicate start of assignment information
· Branch Compliance to include background checks, drug screens, everify and I9
· Client specific orientations, tours, and onboarding
· Utilize consultative approach in developing client needs
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
True success in this role will result in growth of the branch office, which will then create opportunities for career advancement into Operations Management or Sales.
