The Registered Staff Nurse plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our patients, physicians, and office staff. We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented nurse who can support patients, physicians, and office staff while contributing to the effective functioning of our medical practice.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborating with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up appointments. Serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and office staff.
Triages patients, including taking medical histories, recording vital signs, and documenting patient complaints and concerns as needed under the direction of physicians.
Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during medical procedures and examinations, including but not limited to catheter placements, injections, post-operative care, etc.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records through daily chart reviews that include medical histories, treatment plans, lab orders, and progress notes, adhering to all confidentiality and privacy regulations.

Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:
