Taste & Sea is a distinctive dining destination in Glen Mills, PA, and we're looking for a bartender who brings both craft and personality to the bar. If you love creating great drinks and even better guest experiences, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
Craft and serve handcrafted cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with confidence and creativity. Own the bar — keep it clean, stocked, and running smoothly through every shift. Connect with guests, read the room, and make people feel genuinely welcome. Coordinate with the kitchen during service and events. Manage cash and POS transactions accurately. Help shape the menu by staying current on trends and suggesting new ideas.
What We're Looking For
Prior bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is required. Strong people skills — you enjoy the interaction as much as the craft. Comfortable with POS systems and working fast under pressure. A team player who takes pride in their work.
