Now Hiring: Lead Teacher
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic Lead Teacher to join our daycare team! In this role, you’ll lead a classroom of young learners, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive.

Pay: $17.13/hour
What You’ll Do:
- Create and implement fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Lead daily classroom activities and routines
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth
- Use positive behavior management strategies
- Track and assess student progress
- Communicate with families about milestones and needs
- Mentor and support assistant teachers
- Maintain records in line with licensing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in early childhood education or similar setting is preferred but not a requirement
- Experience with toddlers/preschoolers preferred not required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to complete required trainings
- Must be able to pass a background check
