Hourly Rate + Tips = $15-$20/ hour!!
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly at the counter, take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely to cook, grill, fry, or assemble menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Manage customer orders with precision, ensuring timely service and upselling opportunities to enhance sales
- Process cash and card transactions accurately at the register, handling cash register operations and processing cash transactions with integrity
- Deliver food orders promptly to customers’ locations while maintaining excellent customer service standards during deliveries
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation protocols, bussing tables, and ensuring a tidy environment for staff and guests
Experience
- Previous food service experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants preferred; familiarity with serving and bussing is a plus. We will train!
- Experience operating POS systems. We will train!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation is beneficial
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Customer service background with excellent communication skills to engage positively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail sales transactions
