BattleCM is a seeking a Civil Engineer / Project Manager that specializes in transportation and water projects, serving a clients in the public and private sectors.
We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Senior Civil Engineer (PE) with over 10 years of expertise leading complex engineering projects, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and execution of transportation and water infrastructure projects, including highways, roadways and wastewater systems.
Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to secure project approvals and permits.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in [State]; ability to obtain PE registration in other states as needed.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on transportation and water projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
Strong knowledge of design standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
