Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in New York, NY. The Physical Therapist will evaluate clients’ movement, function, and medical history to develop individualized treatment and performance plans. At Reload, we're focused on the long game both for our clients and for our team. That's why we're always looking for clinicians who align with how we think, coach, and care.
Besides genuinely caring (which we believe everyone in this field already does), here are 3 things we're looking for in applicants:
1. Experience in an out-of-network / cash-pay practice This doesn't mean you're a better PT if you have it but it just tells us you may have experience delivering a different level of care than what's often possible in an in-network outpatient setting seeing 3-4 people an hour. New grads with cash-based clinic experience from a clinical rotation will also be considered.
2. A commitment to growth Being a great clinician today takes more than clinical knowledge. We're looking for someone curious, proactive, and committed to learning and someone who can help clients navigate the noise, misinformation, and shortcuts in health and fitness. If you're the right fit, we'll teach you everything we know. Think of it as one of the best paid residencies you can find.
3. A team player At Reload, we operate as a true team. You'll collaborate closely with fellow clinicians and work hand-in-hand with our fitness team to provide the full spectrum of care from pain & injury to training & performance. This is the new model of healthcare that we strongly believe will help people get the best results.
