Job Overview
We are hiring a Lead Carpenter to complete high-quality residential remodeling projects. This role can be independent or crew-based, depending on experience.
This is a multi-trade position, not limited to bathrooms.
Typical Projects:
Tub-to-shower conversions
Full bathroom remodels (tile, waterproofing systems, fixtures)
Kitchen remodels (cabinets, countertops, trim)
Framing, drywall, and finish carpentry
Flooring installation (LVP, tile, etc.)
Painting and finishing
Light plumbing and electrical
Responsibilities:
Perform demolition, framing, installation, and finish work
Complete jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision
Read scopes, layouts, and plans
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Manage materials and workflow when working solo
Lead and direct crew members when assigned
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Requirements:
3+ years of remodeling, construction, or carpentry experience
Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
Experience in multiple trades (tile, drywall, trim, flooring, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Crew Leader Qualifications (Higher Pay Tier):
Candidates may qualify for $30–$35/hour if they:
Have 5+ years of remodeling experience
Can manage full projects independently
Have experience leading a crew
Can coordinate job flow, materials, and timelines
Maintain consistent quality and job efficiency
Represent the company professionally with clients
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with tile and waterproofing systems
Basic plumbing and electrical experience
EPA Lead-Safe (RRP) Certification

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
