Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Roofing Production Manager to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projects. This role is essential in ensuring that all roofing installations and repairs are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, and proficiency with construction management software. As a key leader on our team, you will drive project success through effective team management, meticulous scheduling, and rigorous quality control.
Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of roofing projects by developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling tools.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including blueprint reading, schematics review, and adherence to construction regulations.
- Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating, cost management, and contract negotiations to ensure project budgets are maintained.
- Supervise and manage teams on-site and in the office, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all project phases.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and other industry-standard tools for project documentation, tracking progress, and quality assurance.
- Monitor construction schedule coordination to ensure timely completion of milestones while managing risks associated with delays or unforeseen issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across all job sites while maintaining a focus on construction site experience and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, safety practices, and adherence to blueprints and schematics.
- Oversee project documentation including contracts, change orders, daily reports, incident reports, and progress logs.
- Manage project budgets effectively by controlling costs related to labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or roofing projects within a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract management processes.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 for project scheduling; experience with Primavera P6 or similar tools is essential.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of construction scheduling, project coordination, cost management, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and managing construction site safety protocols.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
