Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Direct Mail Insert Operator, Inkjet Operator, orJetpress Operator where you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our direct mail production line. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery, uphold strict quality standards, and contribute to the efficient delivery of high-quality mailing materials. Your expertise in machine operation, materials handling, and compliance will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and precision in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Duties
- Operate and monitor the flowmaster insert machinery to ensure continuous, efficient production of direct mail pieces.
- Perform routine mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, verifying that inserts meet specifications and standards.
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper storage and movement within the warehouse or production area.
- Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines and adhere to FDA regulations to maintain compliance during all operations.
- Maintain accurate batch records, documenting production details, machine settings, and quality checks for regulatory purposes.
- Assist with sanitation and cleanroom protocols to uphold a sterile environment necessary for pharmaceutical or sensitive mailing components.
Experience
- Insert Operator: Pinnacle or Stretch Arm Inserter experience, ideal canidate will have flowmaster experience
- Inkjet Operator: Inkjet and Stamping experience
- Jetpress Operator: Jetpress, Didde, Offset Printing experience.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), CGMP standards, FDA regulations, and regulatory compliance in production settings.
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording production data accurately.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments or pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
