TheraLinks is a therapist led home health referral and administrative support organization serving Ventura County. We partner with home health agencies throughout the county and connect therapists with referral opportunities while providing streamlined workflows, responsive communication, and clinical support.
Founded by clinicians who actively work in the field, we understand the realities of home health because we experience them every day.
Unlike many organizations where leadership is removed from patient care, our owner is an actively practicing Physical Therapist who continues to work alongside the team in the field. ⭐ What You'll Do⭐
Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care. Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, improve mobility and functional independence, educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and complete timely documentation.
⭐What We're Looking For⭐
- Current California Physical Therapist License
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: $85.00 - $135.00 per hour
